The Kindergarten classes from College Park School had a tremendous amount of fun as we spread kindness during the month of February. We chose to focus our efforts on seniors, the neighborhood and our school community. We knew we wanted to share kindness by making those around us happy and by being thankful. We chose to share our love of singing to make others happy. We traveled to two local senior's residences: the Hemstock and the Pioneer Lodge. We visited with the seniors, we shared some songs & cookies and we made a craft while we were there. There were lots of smiles and lots of sharing. It made our hearts very full :) We also shared our love of singing with staff members as well as our older reading buddies in the school. We then went even further into the community.
