This month our grade sevens devoted ourselves to being kind. At the beginning of the month we were sneaky little turkeys that delivered homemade Thanksgiving Cards to some random houses in our neighborhood. After that, students dressed up in their best attire and greeted everyone with a smile for the second week. As that ended, we shifted our attention to writing inspiring quotes or best wishes on random desks just because we thought it would make someone else's day. To promote kindness throughout the school, we also came up with a Caught you Being Kind draw where anyone who was caught getting up to real good would be nominated and their name could be selected for a homemade cookie.
